Mike Bibb is a lifelong Marylander with a career rooted in public service and community leadership. He began his career as a correctional officer in Prince George's County and dedicated 20 years as a volunteer firefighter.
The Nurse Practitioner
Susan Delean-Botkin is a family nurse practitioner and longtime community leader who has served Talbot County for nearly 30 years. She owns a healthcare practice in Easton, caring for many of the same neighbors she now hopes to represent.
The Football Coach
Marvin Foster's story is rooted in perseverance, community, and service. After moving to Talbot County from Belle Glade, Florida in 1995 as a teenager searching for direction, Marvin found more than just a place to live — he found a community that helped shape his future.

Pete Lesher is in his second term on Talbot County Council and currently serves as Council Vice President.
