The challenges facing Talbot County are real, and we can't afford to put them off.
We are campaigning both individually and as a team because we share a commitment to keeping Talbot affordable and vibrant for future generations. Meeting these challenges will require collaboration, practical solutions, and strong leadership.
There is a growing gap between what many people who live and work in Talbot earn and what it costs to live here. We need housing options people can afford at every stage of life—from young people starting out and families putting down roots to seniors who want to remain in the community.
Teachers, nurses, first responders, restaurant workers, and others who sustain our quality of life should be able to afford to live in the community they serve. Our children should not be priced out of a future in the county that raised them.

Residents should get good value for their tax dollars. That means setting clear priorities, spending responsibly, making smart use of county, state, and federal resources, and easing the burden on homeowners—especially seniors and others at risk of being priced out of their homes.
